Frequently Asked Questions

  • Coaching focuses on clarity, action, and forward momentum. Together, we identify your goals and use evidence-based strategies to move toward them. Therapy, by contrast, treats mental health conditions and explores past experiences in pursuit of healing. If you're unsure which is right for you, we can talk through that on a discovery call.

  • I'm a physician, life coach, and healthcare technology leader with more than 25 years of experience guiding people toward wellness, growth, and meaningful change. Coaching isn't a side project for me — it's my full-time focus. That means you get someone deeply committed to your progress.

  • Your free 30-minute consultation is a relaxed conversation about what's going on in your life right now. You'll leave with a clearer sense of where you want to go and how my coaching approach works — no pressure, no commitment required.

  • You can choose between 3-, 6-, or 12-session programs depending on the depth of change you're after. Each session is 60 minutes and includes personalized follow-up work to apply between meetings. We'll discuss what makes sense for your goals on the discovery call.

  • Pricing is shared directly during our discovery call so we can match the right program to your goals and budget. I believe the investment should feel clear and worthwhile before you commit to anything.

  • Not at all. Many clients begin with a sense that 'something needs to change' but no clear direction yet. That's a completely normal and valid starting point. One of the first things we do together is clarify what you actually want — and then identify practical next steps to get there

  • Sessions are conducted virtually via Zoom, so you can work with me from anywhere. This makes scheduling flexible and accessible regardless of your location.

  • Life happens. I ask for at least 24 hours notice to reschedule so we can find another time that works. My goal is to make this as easy as possible for you.
